For an ASN, SNDS will use WHOIS in the same way to how it does for IPs, in that it'll authorize any e-mail addresses located in the ASN record preserved from the registrars.  Upon successful receipt in the authorization e mail and clicking around the url it consists of, SNDS will then give the consumer use of all the subnets marketed by that ASN.�
